1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery:
1. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
2. Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
3. International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are applied as follows for deliveries across India:
📦 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
1. ₹100 flat shipping charge on all COD orders, regardless of order value.
💳 Online Payment Orders
1. Free shipping on orders above ₹500
2. ₹50 delivery charge on orders below ₹500
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected payment method and order value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including:
1. Tracking number
2. Courier information
3. Live tracking link (if available)
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us:
1. You may request a reshipment (additional shipping fee may apply)
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Urban Basket is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 48 hours
2. Provide your order number + photos of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
